The invention relates to a mounting cassette for a radio, stereo radio or communication radio for a motorised vehicle, and consists of an all-welded steel enclosure, at the upper side of which a lockable door 16 is present, which is locked by means of a locking cylinder 21. In the door 16, a cut-out 27 is present, and in said cut-out, the blocking device 15 is mounted. Both the door 16 and the blocking device 15 are fastened by and extend around the hinge 17. On the protective plate 12 at the upper side of the radio 11, an elevation 13 and a perforation - a so-called rupture notch - 14 are present. The blocking device 15 and the elevation 13 of the protective plate 12 as well as the perforation 14 prevent drawing out of the radio 11, unless the radio or the body of the vehicle is destroyed, the mounting cassette being all-welded into said body. <IMAGE> |
