<p>Coins allow the bought object to be transported to an outlet from one of a series of compartments. A cabinet (1) on a base (2) contains a number of compartments (3), each containing a range of books. A transparent wall enables the books to be observed. Coins are entered via a slot (4) and a selector mechanism accepts or rejects the coins necessary for a book. Selection is made by a series of buttons (10) which includes a cancellation button (9). Two shutters (6) cover a distribution cavity (7) connected to a distribution channel (8) into which the books pass from a fabric conveyor which slides over a supporting surface to avoid damage to the book.</p> |
