PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength of a laminated material and cause piezoelectric and mechanical anisotropy in th face inside direction to approach isotropy, by laminating layers while making the stretching direction of one high- polymer film different from the stretching direction of another high-polymer piezo- electric film. CONSTITUTION:Multilayer high-polymer piezoelectric film F1 and F2 where plural high-polymer piezoelectric films, which are obtained by giving the piezoelectric property to hih-polymer films formed by uniaxial stretching, are laminated together with electrodes are made into one film by a conductive adhesive, and electrodes M1 and M2 are provided on both faces of this film, and power source V is connected between these electrodes, and stretching directions S1 and S2 are orthogonal to each other. Magnitude of piezoelectric polarizations P1 and P2 for force parallel with the face of the film laminted in this manner is not dependent of the direction of force in the film face but is fixed. The mechanical strength becomes isotropy because films reinforce one another. |
