The double flap comprises two flaps, the first of which clears a supply opening when swivelled up and forms a closure lid for the supply opening when the double flap is closed. The second flap is located below the first inside the container and is connected to it. The flap extends from its swivel axis obliquely downwards and covers the supply opening from above when the double flap is swivelled up. When the double flap is closed the second flap forms a slide leading to the inside of the container. Disinfecting liquid can be applied through the upper side of the second flap (7).
