<p>The heat recovery circuit includes a system of pairs of mixing chambers, e.g. two pairs (1,4). The two pairs are formed by three chambers (2,3,5) operating at successively lower temperatures. Steam entering the highest temperature chamber (2) through an expansion valve (13) is separated into steam and water, and the steam is treated by a compressor (17). The liquid is discharged through a connecting line (8) and another expansion valve (9) into the next chamber (3) operating at a lower temperature. Due to the expansion, the steam obtained is treated by a second compressor (11) to give superheated steam, which is fed through a line (10) back to the first chamber to be passed to the first compressor. The remaining fluid can be recycled, and similarly, steam can be passed to the third chamber (5) with a further compressor (11) for further expansion and compression, recycling the steam, and separating the water, which is finally discharged from the lowest temperature chamber (5) by a pump (20).</p> |
