<p>PURPOSE:To provide the kneading injection device having an improved kneading effect irrespective of a single axis type injection machine by a method wherein a mixing and feeding mechanism is arranged at the outer surface of the chamber. CONSTITUTION:Material is fed into the feed part 3 of a chamber 1 and fed by a screw 2. The fed material is prevented from being flowed by a flow prevention member 5 and introduced into the material feeding hole 14 of the mixing and feeding mechanism 10. The fed material is mixed by a rotating disk 13 and a fixed wall disk 12, fed from the material feeding-out hole 15 into the discharge part 4, then pushed out from the pushing outlet. Provision of the mixing and feeding mechanism 10 keeps a feature of a single axis type injection machine, improves a mixing effect and facilitate an adjustment of a degree of mixing.</p> |
