<p>PURPOSE:To get the marble sheet which may be made under a slight difference of quality in the lot by a method wherein two colour compounds are fed to a screw type extruding machine extruded under a condition in which they are mixed incompletely and then rolled. CONSTITUTION:More than two color compounds having additive agent such as plastic agent, stabilizer, pigment, and vulcanizing agent distributed in a thermoplastic synthetic resin, rubber or these mixture are fed to a screw type extruding machine, extruded as a mixed compound with an incomplete mixed pattern, then rolled with a calender etc. to make a sheet. More than two colour compounds are fed to the extruding machine under a rod, a plate and a ribbon form.</p> |
