<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the rubber mat which does not deteriorate elasticity of a rubber tire, is provided with an excellent elasticity, does not wave and is suitable for golf links and the like by a method wherein wet-curing single fluid type urethane resin is used as a binder in small pieces of waste tires. CONSTITUTION:(B) The wet-curing single fluid type urethane resin (preferable contents of isocyanate are 8-12% and the preferable viscosities thereof are 1,000- 2,500cps.) is kneaded with (A) small pieces of waste tires as a binder, the kneaded material is placed in a mold to give humidity, after pressure the component is let to foam, is cured and combined with the component A to obtain the intended rubber mat. The compounding ratio of the components A, B are preferred to be 60-90 parts and 40-10 parts by weight respectively. EFFECT:When a green pigment is mixed at 0.1-5.0% with the component B and moreover, a surface laryer of green paint is equipped on the rubber mat, discoloration into yellow due to solar light can be prevented and the rubber mat can keep fresh green color even if it is to be damaged by spiked shoes.</p> |
