<p>The positioning bracket is used for clamping a rectangular or square section awning tube. Clamping jaws screwed opposite ways embrace the tube in an area over more than 180 degrees. They are mounted on a bracket, made up from several pieces, to fix the quadrilateral tube of the sunblind or awning on a base surface. When the screw connection (6) is released, the jaws (3,4) are made to fold up in a mouth shape, against spring action (8). They are drawn together by the screw connection, with components of movement parallel to side faces of the quadrilateral tube (1). There are pref. two jaws, one being in loose form and screwable against the other. Both may be movable in relation to a base plate with anchoring media.</p> |
