The hinge has two hinge flaps pivotably connected by a hinge pin. One hinge flap is connected to the vehicle door and is securable by its other hinge flap by threaded bolts to a fastening element secured to the door frame of the vehicle bodywork. On the fastening element and on the hinge flap there are guide parts formed alternately as rigid protuberances and apertures and directed perpendicularly of the mutual abutment faces of fastening element and hinge flap. The joining together of the fastening element and the hinge flap brings the guides into engagement with one another. The hinge flap is made fast on the fastening element through threaded bolts, disengageably but immovably in the fitted position.
