PURPOSE:To reduce corrosion of electrodes, degradation of insulating resistance, and so on to improve reliability, by using oleo-system resin as an acoustical absorbent. CONSTITUTION:Input transducer 2 and output transducer 3 are provided to the surface of substrate 1. Acoustical absorbent 7 is applied between transducers 2 and 3 and the end face of substrate 1 for the purpose of preventing reflection of the surface wave. By using oleo-system resin, which is superior in thixotropic property and has no corrosive property, as acoustical absorbent 7, corrosion of electrodes and degradation of insulating resistances are reduced to improve reliability. |
