PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of uneven coloring and malprinting, by a method wherein a grazed layer is projectedly formed on a base plate having an annular periphery and a frictional resistance of a head against a recording sheet is reduced by forming a film resistance layer on a surface of the grazed layer. CONSTITUTION:A grazed layer 2 is sufficiently and projectedly formed on a surface of a base plate 1 having an annular periphery 1a, and a frictional resistance layer 3 is formed across the surface of the grazed layer 2. Conductive layers 5a-5n for electrification are formed extending to the resistance layer 3 on the grazed layer 2 surface to form a protection layer thereon. Only the surface of a projected portion D (the projection resulting from the lamination of the grazed layer 2, the resistance layer 3 on the surface of the layer 2, and the conductive layers 5a-5n) protruding from a surface of a head A makes contact with a recording sheet B, and thereby the head A is reduced in the contact area. This eliminates the possibility of the separation of the surface of the projected portion D from the recording sheet B even if the head tilts against the recording sheet B. |
