The block made of solid fuels is arranged in a package (1) made from easily burnable material e.g. paper, waste paper, board or plastics. Several sections of the fuel blocks are combined into a handy element and a carrying belt (3) is attached to the package (1) which is made as an igniter. The carrying belt is led right round the whole package.
