PURPOSE:To easily operate a device, by setting a shutter unit between an opening section formed at a door and an operating lever inserting section, and by setting an interlocking mechanism between the shutter unit and the operating handle of a breaker. CONSTITUTION:A unit frame 5 is provided with a breaker operating handle 30, an operating handle fitting frame 31, and an interlocking lever 32 lifted interlocked with handle operation, and on the front surface of a long slot 5b formed on the grip frame 5a of the unit frame 5, a shutter 33 is set to be freely moved up or down and is connected to the interlocking lever 32 via a driving arm 34. When the operating handle 30 is ON, then the long slot 5b is covered with the shutter 33, and when the handle 30 is OFF, then the long slot 5b is shown. A door 3 is provided with an opening, and when the operating handle 30 is OFF, then the long slot 3b appears through the opening, and when the handle 30 is ON, then the operating lever is not to be inserted through the opening. As a result, even when the door 3 is provided with the opening, then interlocking function for switching operation can be retained. |
