The arrangement has a device with two pipes (8, 9) which carry off, upstream of a throttle flap, from the pressurised air in the system a quantity of air which is used as a control signal. One signal is supplied to a weight-loaded pressure control (12) which is on the output side connected to two fluidics elements (21, 25). The first fluidics element (21) is supplied a further signal from a flowthrough-speed sensor (10). The second fluidics element (25) is supplied output signals of the first fluidics element (21) which depend on the ratio of the said flowthrough-speed signal and the output signal of a jet nozzle (19). The second fluidics element (25) is connected to an amplifier (28). The diaphragm (29) of the latter is deflected according to the respective pressure difference between the fluidics element outputs (26, 27). According to the deflection of the diaphragm (29), an opening (31) is closed or opened by a closing element (30). If the opening (31) is closed, a bellows (6) expands, as a result of which a throttle flap is closed. When the opening (31) is open, the throttle flap is correspondingly open. The arrangement is used in particular in ventilation or air-conditioning in buildings or vehicles. <IMAGE>
