PURPOSE:To improve transmission efficiency and to enable transmission error control of a high order by exercising the transmission error control by a vertical parity check when no event occurs and by an accident collation system once the event occurs. CONSTITUTION:While no event occurs, data transmitted from repeater 5 to receiving register 6 are checked by vertical parity checker 7 and, when its parity is normal, are sent to event generation checker 9 by way of gate 8. If a partity error is generated, on the other hand, gate 8 is never opened, resulting in a reception error. While the event occurs, however, checker 9 sends a request signal 11, for transmitting the data recollection command to repeater 5, to transmitting register 3 and received data are stored in buffer 14. On the other hand, data from repeater 5 corresponding to the resending request are sent to data collator 12 after a vertical parity check. Collator 12 collates the data in buffer 14 with the arrival data and, when the both agree mutually, opens gate 13 or closes gate 13 when not, invalidating the data. |
