PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality image, by detecting temperature change of a heat accumulator, changing charging voltage to a photoreceptor in accordance with its temperature change, and controlling characteristics of a copy image. CONSTITUTION:A charge potential of a photoreceptor changes with time, temperature detector 36 is contacted to heat accumulator 31 approximate to it in time constant, and voltage of charger 40 is controlled in accordance with its temperature changing with time through image control circuit 38 and charging voltage control circuit 39. As a heat accumulator, a combination of a heater and ceramics, as well as lamps for destaticization or exposure can be used, thus permitting an image to be stabilized securely in a simple manner. |
