PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a printer and to print at a high speed by selectively charging a printing plate with a conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:A conductor pattern P is formed by removing a part of the conductor layer 31 of a laminated film with conductor layers 31, 33 on both side faces of a dielectric film 32 according to an output image. A printing plate 3 is wound cylindrically and held on a plate cylinder 1, and the cylinder 1 is then rotated in a direction of an arrow. Then, the pattern face of the plate 3 is all charged by a corona charger 4, only the area of the layer 31 of the plate 3 is discharged by next electric eliminator 5, and a static latent image is formed by the charge remaining on the area of the film 32. Thereafter, after toner is adhered by a developing unit 6 to the latent image, the image is transferred by a transfer unit 7 to a recording sheet 10, and toner is fixed by a fixing unit 8 to the sheet 10. |
