PURPOSE:To attain the alignment of an isolator main body with a carrier easily and accurately by forming an engagement part capable of engaging with a lower end of a chip resistor on the carrier, and matching the chip resistor with the engagement part. CONSTITUTION:The chip resistor 10 is adhered to a prescribed location of a surrounding wall 11a of the isolator main body 10 and the lower end of the chip resistor 16 is arranged so as to be mated with the engagement part 26 formed to the carrier 20. Thus, the isolator main body 10 and the carrier 20 are aligned horizontally. Moreover, the isolator main body 10 and the carrier 20 are brought into contact with their opposed faces to align them in vertical direction. Then the isolator main body 10 and the carrier 20 are adhered incorporatedly in such a state. Thus, they are adhered incorporatedly while being aligned easily and accurately to manufacture the isolator. |
