PURPOSE:To obtain a pin guide enhanced in pinhole accuracy, by arranging a plurality of pin guide blocks having pinholes to a pin guide base in one row and providing an intermediate guide having the same number of guide holes to the pin guide base on the back surface side thereof so that the pinholes are opposed to the guide holes. CONSTITUTION:An alumina ceramic powder is subjected to press molding and temporarily sintered taking a shrinkage factor in consideration. Thereafter, pinholes 4 are opened to the sintered body in two rows each consisting of four pinholes and final sintering is succeedingly performed to perform hole lap finish to form a pin guide block 3. Three pin guide blocks 3 are provided to a pin guide base 1 unified with an intermediate guide 2 at a predetermined pitch to be arranged in one row. The pin guide blocks 3 positionally prescribe the pin guide base 1 and the intermediate guide 2 by the positioning holes 6 thereof. The pinholes 4 of the pin guide blocks 3 are opposed to the guide holes 5 of the intermediate guide 2 with high accuracy to make the reciprocating movement of dot pins smooth. The shape holding surface 7 of each of the pin guide blocks 3 has function for preventing the pulling-off of the pin guide block 3 in the integral connection with the pin guide base 1. |
