The title compsns. contain cpds. of formula (I): (where R is cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl or sec. or tert. lower alkyl; R1 is H or lower alkyl; B is O or S; Y is H, lower alkyl, halogen, NO2, CO2H, CO2 lower alkyl, OH, lower alkoxy, lower alkanoyloxy, lower polyfluoralkoxy, lower polyfluoroalkyl, CF3S, CF3SO, CF3SO2 or lower alkanoyl; X is NO2, CF3, ClBr or I, except for the cpds. (Ia) in which B is O, Y is Br, I, NO2, CO2H, CO2 lower alkyl, OH, lower alkoxy, lower alkanoyl, lower alkanoyloxy, lower polyfluoroalkoxy, CF3S, CF3SO, CF3SO2 or lower polyfluoroalkyl (excluding CF3) and X is NO2, I, CF3 or Br; (X and Y are not both Br) Y is CF3 and X is I or Br, or when R contains 1-6C atoms of which at least two are sec. or tert., X may also be NO2), together with a pharmaceutical carrier. The cpds. may be used in human and veterinary medicine. |
