<p>Disclosed is a polymer matrix based on a copolymer of acrylamide to immobilize antibodies in the radioimmunological determination of hormones and the pharmaceuticals. The specific copolymers are formed by polymerization of acrylamide and one or more copolymerizable compounds such as acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methacrylamide, their derivatives and salts of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid.</p> |
