<p>The module has fluidic jet elements, consisting of one or more active, and several passive elements, to effect the logic 'and/or, resp. blocking' functions. The passive elements are positioned in any sequence, and are coupled directly to each other and the active elements, via a combination of catchment and control nozzles. The flow cross section of the catchment nozzle of an element, and the flow cross section of the control nozzle of the downstream element, have a ratio of approx. 4/3. A specified ratio is stipulated for the overall length of the combined catchment and control nozzle and hydraulic diameter of the catchment nozzle. Additional control nozzles of a passive element, which are charged by external control signals, have a given ratio in relation to the flow cross section of the catchment nozzle of the same element. All elements are convex, on a flat base plate, and have a flat cover plate.</p> |
