The concreting formwork tension anchor is made of strip steel, with a hollow plug cone, with an end slit fitting the appropriate flat end of the anchor. The anchor centre area reaches this cone end, where it is fitted with a stop of different cross-section from the slit. In the interior (17) of the cone (12) there is at least one lateral guideway (18) to accommodate a flank (19) of the flat end (7a,7b) of the anchor (7). The external profile of a lateral guideway may be shaped for application of a tool for removing the cone. The cone itself may be made in one piece, from plastics. When plugged in position the cone is securely held as required, without tilting about a slit edge, and so that it cannot be partially pushed onto the stop. |
