PURPOSE:To enable to fill up uniformly in an up-and-down direction by a method wherein fluid filler is filled into an air gap between a heater wire and a pipe therefor and is set up therein. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 4 for inserting a heater wire is layed in the underground 3, subsequently, the heater wire 2 is inserted into the pipe 4, lastly, a solid filler 5 is filled in an air gap portion formed between the pipe 4 and the heater wire 2. The filler, having a fluidity at the filling work and set up after the filling, a material such as bentonite mortar for example is filled as the solid filler, therefore, the solid filler may be filled uniformly in a vertical direction. |
