CONSTITUTION:The previously formed sleeve 12 is inserted into the hole 11' of the fitting metal 11 for fitting the main body of the buckle base or the anchor plate, etc., of the automobile's seat belt, etc. The tip of the stranded cable assembly 9 is inserted into this sleeve 12, and the neck is inserted into the cavity 11'' of the fitting metal 11. By pressing the sleeve 12 from upside and downside, the sleeve 12 is transversely expanded, and penetrates into the fitting metal 11; hereby, the sleeve 12 is fixed to the fitting metal 11.
