PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency of the device for inserting and forming the coil and to raise the safety thereof by rotatably supporting a coil inserting jig at vertical and horizontal positions and providing a stator iron core retainer for moving the iron core toward the jig. CONSTITUTION:A coil inserting jig 2 is supported through a supporting shaft 21 to a base 1 to be rotatable at vertical and horizontal positions by a cylinder 22 and a piston rod 24 having fulcra 23 and 25 respectively. Further, an iron core retainer 4 for placing the core 3 is moved at horizontal position toward the jig 2. When inserting the coil 10 into the core 3, the jig 2 is set at vertical position, the coil 10 is mounted between blades 8, and the jig 2 is then shifted to the horizontal position. Then, the retainer 4 is moved until the core 3 makes contact with the end of the blade 8, and the jig 2 is thereafter operated, and the coil is inserted thereinto. |
