PURPOSE:To easily assemble the brush holder by forming a brush holder connector connected with narrow connecting portions and cutting the thin portions of the connecting portions and separating them from the connector, thereby eliminating the deformation of the brush holder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of brush holders 10 formed in predetermined same shape are continuously connected with narrow connecting portions 20, and a brush holder connector 1 is thus formed. A recess 22 is formed at each of the connecting portions 20 in a stepped portion in such a manner that a thinner portion 21 than the thickness of the brush holder 10 is formed thereat. The brush holder connector 1 is plated as it is, and is transported as it is. When the respective brush holders 10 are assembled with a supporting plate 30, the thinner portions 21 are cut, and the connecting portion is separated from the connector 1. In this manner it prevents the deformation of the brush holders 10, and automates the assembling step thereof. |
