PURPOSE:To perform a correct work of positioning and fix a mounting metal, by stretch mounting a tension band onto a tube under such a condition that a positioned part of the mounting metal is engaged to a positioning part of the tension band. CONSTITUTION:A notched part 25 of a mounting metal 24 is engaged to a protrusive part 28 and a tension band 26 is stretch mounted by a winding machine. At this time, even if the tension band 26 is shifted its mounting position by its tension, the engagement of the notched part 25 to the protrusive part 28 can eliminate the action of shifting or twisting the mounting metal 24, always capable of correctly holding the mounting metal 24 to a prescribed position. |
