PURPOSE:To increase the operation speed of the whole unit by increasing the access period of a memory by using data taken out in refresh operation, by making a majority decision on memory contents of each memory and then by rewriting each memory on the basis of the result of the majority decision. CONSTITUTION:When read MR1 for refresh operation is done, this is considered to be a read for contents coincidence and read data are supplied to coincidence control parts MJC1-MJC3 by data transmission DO1. Then, they are held by latch circuits LAR1-LAR3 and in period Tm indicated by majority decision processing MD1, majority deciding circuits MJ1-MJ3 make a majority decision among respective data, so that the result will be held by latch circuits LAW1-LAW3. The held data are supplied to memories MM1-MM3 by data reception DI1 and the data after the majority decision are written by rewrite MW1. |
