<p>PURPOSE:To secure control over tape tension in fast forward and rewind modes, by controlling a supply reel motor by a take-up tape tension detection output and a take-up reel motor by a supply tape tension detection output. CONSTITUTION:The output of take-up tape tension detector 9T is supplied to detecting circuits 15T-17T and 19 by way of amplifier 8T, and that of supply tape tension detector 9S to detecting circuits 15S-17S and 18 by way of amplifier 8S. The error detection output of a detecting circuit is supplied to supply reel motor 6S by way of amplifier 7T, take-up reel motor 6T and amplifier 7S. In the constitution like this, motor 6T is controlled to a constant speed in fast forward run mode and motor 6S has its torque controlled so that the tension of tape 1 will be constant. In rewind mode, motor 6S is controlled to the constant speed and motor 6T is so controlled that the tape tension will be constant.</p> |
