<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a feather-touch-type recording and reproducing device free from inconvenience by providing a motor in addition to monostable multivibrators and electromagnetic means that correspond to various modes and by further utilizing the inverse output of monostable multivibrators effectively. CONSTITUTION:To set mode FWD, switches S8 and S9 are turned on and then switch S14 is closed. Consequently, output pulse Q4 of monostable multivibrator MM4 permits transistor TR4 to conduct to supply coil 194 with electric power. Further, TR11 and TR12 both turn on to turn motor 22. The power supply to coil 194 and the rotation of motor 22 set the mode. Then, a tape runs and light emitting diode D14 turns on, so that the device will be placed in reproduction mode. At this time, pulse 36 is applied to the base of muting TR8 by making use of output Q4 of multivibrator MM4 to place regenerative amplifier 35 in muting mode. Consequently, the need for an integrating circuit is eliminated to simplify the circuit and TR8 is completely switched by the multivibrator outputs, so that accurate muting release operation will be carried out.</p> |
