PURPOSE:To reduce restriction condition as to characteristics needed for respective parts by constituting a pickup side and each time-axis compensation system for a color signal independently. CONSTITUTION:From a TV signal, the output of signal detecting circuit 2, a horizontal synchronizing signal is extracted by synchronous separating circuit 12 and supplied to phase comparing circuit 13. Simultaneously, a reference signal from reference oscillator 7 is stepped down in terms of frequency by count-down circuit 14, which supplies a horizontal reference signal, converted into a horizontal synchronizing frequency, to phase comparing circuit 13 for a phase comparison between the horizontal synchronizing signal and horizontal reference signal, thereby obtaining comparision signal output 15. This output 15, when a TV signal appearing at the output of circuit 2 is regenerated from the disk, corresponds to the current time-axis variation, so this output is supplied to supplied for the time-axis compensation of pickup 1 by way of driving circuit 10 and also to disk driving motor 16 to minimize output 15. Thus, the restriction conditions are reduced. |
