A device consisting of a tube for sealing in the wall of an enclosure subjected to radiations from radioactive bodies and allowing a ventilation screw to be placed in it or taken out of it, is constituted by a tube having an internal thread with a sufficient play between the sleeve and the screw to allow the screw to be taken out or reset in spite of a possible malformation of the sleeve or internal corrosion. The height and thickness of the part of the thread in relief are sufficient to oppose the passage of radiations in the worst case in which they occur parallel to the axis of the sleeve. The invention allows a construction with a play between screw and sleeve sufficiently large for the screw to be put in place or taken out even in the case of considerable deformation of the sleeve, while opposing absolutely the passage of radiations.
