PURPOSE:To secure a high dimensional accuracy in an arrangement and high insulations between electrodes by a method wherein the electrode plates provided with electrode portions on both surfaces of insulating bases thereof and insulating spacers provided with grooves on one surface thereof are laminated alternately by penetrating two pieces of electrode bars. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of deflection electrode plates 7 formed with electrode portions 18, 19 on both surfaces of insulating bases 17 thereof and insulating spacers 8 are laminated alternately and electrode supporting members 9, 10 are arranged at both terminals thereof, then, electrode bars 15, 16 are penetrated through holes provided through those respective members and both ends thereof are tightened with nuts 14. Further, the spacers 8 are consisting of soft rubber materials adequate to an insulating property, therefore, a multi-deflection electrode unit assembled with a high accuracy and securing sufficient insulations between the electrodes may be obtained by a method wherein creeping distances between the opposing electrodes are lengthened by providing grooves on surfaces opposing to an ink flying portion. |
