PURPOSE:To facilitate to insert a print wire and shorten a time necessary for assembling by a method wherein the print wire is inserted into the guide hole of a guide plate, thereafter, said guide plate in fitted within grooves on a guide frame. CONSTITUTION:A first assembly is formed firstly by arranging and securing a plurality of U-shaped cores 2 in an annular shape on a first yoke plate 1 while magnet coils 3 are fitted to the respective U-shaped cores 2. Next, a second assembly is made by securing a print wire 7 to a tip end of an armature 6 and securing the said armature 6 to a segment 5a of a disc spring 5. The print wire 7 is inserted into wire guide plates 10a, 10b, 10c sequentially and a second yoke plate 8 in laminated, thereafter, a guide frame 9 is mounted so that the wire guide plates are fitted within grooves 9a, 9b, 9c, then, the first assembly is secured with screws through a spacer 4. |
