Smoke emitting grenade - fitted with separate fast and slow burning charges to give and maintain smoke screen

Smoke emitting grenade has one charge which burns rapidly and another which burns slowly. Both charges have an expulsion charge. All are held in a steel case with a common method of firing. Grenade is for setting up smoke screens for vehicles or other equipment. The rapid burning charge gives immediate cover and the smoke screen is maintained by the slow burning charge.
