摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent adhering of gas, trailing and reducing of an image density during running of a thermal head as well as an abrasion of a thermal head by a method wherein a control agent for static friction coefficient is included in a heat- sensitive color developing layer in a heat-sensitive recording material having the heat-sensitive color developing layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat-sensitive color developing layer including a color developing constituent consisting of a color developing substance of non or light color and a developing substance developing the color upon heating the color developing substance is provided on a supporting body of paper or plastic film, further, a control agent for static friction coefficient is added in the color developing layer so that the static friction coefficient of a surface of the color developing layer becomes 0.50- 0.64. As the control agent for static friction coefficient, the agent, wherein 0.05- 1pt.wt. of 5-10% methyl cellulose solution is added to 1pt.wt. of mixed wax powder consisting of paraphine wax and polythylene in a weight mixing ratio of 1:1- 1:2, for example, and the compound is crushed and dissipated, is used.
