<p>Only a single profile unit is needed for construction of insulation glazing and wing element for a window. The design permits the wing to be made in such a way that fitting the two panes of glass, as a final working process after completion of the wing, finally produces the insulation glazing effect. The wing, connected by two cross arm pieces to the spacing frame, is shaped so that this frame protrudes far enough beyond the main profile to permit fitting of the two panes, as a final step. The rearward-offset cross arm pieces can have sealing material fitted all round at the pane edges, producing optimal joints between panes and wing. A condensation regulator can be incorporated between spacing frame and cross arm pieces.</p> |
