Conversion of waste animal hair to fertiliser - using Wolf machine to segregate off waste and then milling waste finely to give nitrogen rich spreadable fertiliser

Waste animal hair is first segregated and opened up in a "wolf" sorting machine to classify it into waste and reusable hair. The waste hair is then collected in a conveyor and sepd. in a cyclone. This hair is fed forward into a grinding machine and milled to fine spreadable clippings. The clippings are then extracted from the grinding machine by an air stream which flows through the machine. The prod. is collected by a further cyclone and bagged. The process is esp. for use on the waste hair from brush factories where reusable waste can be outsorted and the rest processed. It can also be used on the summer hair from carcasses in abbattoirs. The process provides an economic means of converting the waste hair to a usable fertiliser.
