The petrol filling station drainage system includes oil-proof insulation in contact with the substructure, and drainage outlets are brought together in a collecting shaft and connected to the water drainage network via a petrol and oil deflector. The roadway area, next to the island for pumps, is adjoined by a water drainage duct. Underneath the filling station there is a multi-layered, continuous, fuel-resistant foil insulation system (17), in trough form, pref. laid on a layer of concrete (12,13,16). A layer (21) permeable by oil and water may be sited on top of this, and connected to the outlets (18,19). This provides an effective and economical system, even where there is only moderate surface water, because of a wide roof, or for other reasons.
|
