摘要 <p>A laminate esp. a friction bearing laminate comprises a resin matrix layer bonded to a metallic support. The resin matrix (I) contains evenly distributed short fibres (II) and embedded continuous fibres (III) everywhere, through the matrix. (I) pref. contains an additive (IV) with a specific density of at least 8 g (cubic cm. and a material (V) with friction reducing properties. (I) is pref. at least partially crystalline esp. fluorine contg. polymers (II) are used in an amt. of 5-60 pref. 5-30 vol.% w.r.t. the friction layer, have a length of 5-1500 pref. 40-20 micron, a dia. of 0.1-100 pref. 5-30 micron and may be e.g. glass, Al2O3, B or SiC. The laminate is compression and oscillation resistant and there is no need for an intermediate layer. The material can be used in shock absorbers, and pumps.</p>
