In the gas turbine power station a rapid closing shut-off device (15), which is triggered by a signal transmitter (17) responding to a rapid pressure fall in the air duct (7) of the reservoir chamber (8), is arranged upstream of the two shut-off members (5, 11) for controlling the compressed air flow. In this way, in the event of an accident in the gas turbine plant, draining of the reservoir chamber and the penetration of water from the water collecting main into vital parts of the plant is prevented. In addition, signal transmitters responding to misoperation of the shut-off members are provided, which likewise act on the rapid closing shut-off device. <IMAGE>
