Wind-driven ski with sail fitting - has stand supporting sail structure and fitted to normal ski

The actual ski (1) has an elongated track face having steel edges on either side so as to grip into the snow or ice surface like normal skis and act as the keel. The mast (3) is designed to swivel longitudinally and transversely to the track surface whilst the boom (4) held by the user is forked. A stand (2) whose width is roughly the length of a human foot is mounted a slight distance above the track (1) of the standard ski wherein the pressure and rotary point located at the lower end of the mast (3) is set beneath the stand (2) directly above the track and connected to the stand. A single ski can now be modified for fast stable wind skiing similar to the idea of windsurfing.
