发明名称 TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION CIRCUIT FOR HALL ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature characteristic of sensitivity to magnetic flux density, by making a feedback resistor for an operational amplifier which amplifies the Hall voltage of the element, said resistor being manufactured from the same material as the Hall element. CONSTITUTION:A Hall element 1 is driven by constant-voltage power Vcc. A Hall voltage, which appears across terminals (a), (b), is applied to a temperature compensation circuit 2 in the succeeding stage as to the Hall element. The amplification factor of an operational amplifier 4 in the circuit 2 is determined by an input resistor 5 and a feedback resistor 6. The output voltage of the temperature compensation circuit 2 is compared with a reference voltage by the comparator 8 of a discrimination circuit 7 to generate a logical output ''1'' or ''0''. The feedback resistor 6 is made from the same material as the Hall element 1 to make their temperature characteristics coincident with each other.
