PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of the Q value and unstableness of pace, by providing a protection cover having an adiabatic property on the quartz case. CONSTITUTION:Quartz case 1 is put in quartz case cover 4 having an adiabatic property and a quake-proof property, and cover 4 is fitted to substrate 3 by solder 5. Therefore, heat for reflow is not propagated to the quartz case and the inside of it, and prescribed functions and appearance are secured. Since this cover has a quake-proof property, pace shift dependent upon mechanical disturbance of fall and so on is prevented. Further, an asymmetrical part is provided in cover 4, and positions of this part, the substrate, and the quartz lead are matched to one another, so that setting of quartz before reflow becomes easy and stable soldering is possible. |
