Excavator recessed tooth fixture in holder - involves angled flat tooth recess faces, and curved and recessed holder sides

The system is used for fastening replaceable teeth on an excavator bucket. A wedge-shaped recess at the end is used for fastening to each tooth on a holder on the bucket, scoop or similar digging tool. Both the inside faces (3,4) of the recess on the tooth (1) consist of two flat planes, at an angle to each other, in the section perpendicular to the cutting edge. The tooth holder (2) is curved on one face (5), and has a recess on the opposite side (6), thus forming a fitting line (10) and two fitting surfaces (8,9) between tooth and holder. Each may have two further fitting surfaces, more or less parallel to the edge. Min. working of tooth and holder surfaces is needed, and attachment is firm and stable.
