PURPOSE:To enhance electromagnetic shielding performance and to execute an operation favorably from the viewpoint of a process and a cost by a method wherein a powdery superconducting substance is contained in a liquid or pasty component. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral edge part of a net 7 for electromagnetic shielding use it mated glass G for electromagnetic shielding use is sandwiched and fixed between a copper square pillar 10 and a conductive sealing material 11. Electrolytic copper foil 12 constituting a conductor for installation use or another conductor of a common level potential arranged between both ring-shaped frames 1, 2 from the side of a body A is sandwiched and fixed between the copper square pillar 10 and the ring-shaped frame 1 on the outside of a shielding chamber; the net 7 for electromagnetic shielding use and the electrolytic copper foil 12 are connected electrically via the copper square pillar 10 and the conductive sealing material 11.
