PURPOSE:To obtain a foamed core molded product whose surface of a surface side layer is free from generation of a void, by a method wherein after a first liquid polyurethane material has been cast into a shaped recessed part of a female mold, the surface side layer is formed by extending/curing the same between the recessed part and a protrusion, plastic foamed beads are charged on the inside of the surface side layer, an opening part of the surface side layer is closed by a second male mold and a second liquid polyurethane material is cast for cure. CONSTITUTION:When a shaped protrusion 15 is pressed into a material M1 after a necessary quantity of the nonfoamable polyurethane material M1 for formation of a surface side layer 1 has been cast into a shaped recessed part 11 of a female mold 12, the material M1 is extended between the shaped recessed part/ protrusion 11, 15, cured further and the surface side layer 1 is formed. Then a necessary quantity of plastic foamed beads B for formation of a foamed core part 5 is charged on the inside of the surface side layer 1 and continuously a necessary quantity of a soft formable liquid PUR material M2 for formation of a back side layer 3 becoming a cushioning layer is cast. Then an opening part of the surface side layer 1 is closed by a second male mold 21, the material M2 is cured and the foamed core part 5 and backside layer 3 are molded. |
