PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of an inflation film having uniform thickness by a method in which a bulb guide pillar is erected on the face of a resin extrusion die, cold air is strongly blown vertically onto a bulb through a cold air jet annular ring surrounding the bulb guide pillar for cooling, and the movement of bulb is prevented. CONSTITUTION:In molding a thermoplastic synthetic resin into an inflation film, a bulb guide pillar 2 is erected on the face of a resin extrusion die 1, a bulb B is taken in along the periphery of the guide pillar 2, and cold air is strongly blown almost vertically onto the periphery of the guide pillar 2 to cool the bulb B through a cold air jet annule 3 surrounding the periphery of the guide pillar 2. The bulb B is then expanded to a given dimension. Since the bulb B is coagulated at a coagulation temperature on a frost line F, the bulb B so coagulated is continuously flattened and wound up to obtain an objective film. |
